OSIRC is driven by a diverse team of research professionals including educators, social scientists, statisticians, and development specialists. Our team's practical experience and academic grounding ensure methodological rigour, community engagement, and impactful reporting.
We are supported by a trained network of field researchers and data collectors across districts in Uganda, giving every study access to enumerators who understand the local context. OSIRC also collaborates with universities, government agencies, and regional research networks to extend its reach and effectiveness.
